Aircraft Transitions & Lease Compliance Support
Technical representation for aircraft acquisition, delivery, redelivery and lease return projects. We assess aircraft condition and records against the agreed lease requirements, coordinate with the parties involved, and track discrepancies and outstanding items through to closure. Our focus is on identifying delivery risks early and supporting a well-managed handover.
Aircraft Inspections & Technical Assessments
Pre-purchase inspections (PPI), mid-lease inspections (MLI), annual inspections and aircraft condition assessments. Reviews cover the airframe, structures, cabin, cockpit, cargo compartments and accessible systems within the agreed scope. Reports provide photographic evidence, clear findings and recommended follow-up actions, with access limitations and items requiring verification clearly identified.
Cargo Conversion / P2F Project Support
Onsite representation for passenger-to-freighter conversion programmes, from induction through conversion, associated heavy maintenance and painting to redelivery and final handover. We monitor structural modification progress, coordinate technical follow-up and review the supporting documentation. Our experience includes three Airbus A330P2F projects involving heavy maintenance, painting and handover to the next operator.
Aircraft Technical Records Review
Aircraft technical records reviews covering maintenance status, Airworthiness Directive (AD) and Service Bulletin (SB) compliance, modifications, component records and maintenance history. Drawing on specialist structures engineering experience, we assess structural repair and damage records, approval references and supporting technical documentation. Findings identify gaps, inconsistencies and outstanding requirements relevant to aircraft condition, lease compliance and delivery readiness.
Aircraft Technical Asset Management
Technical advisory support to help owners, lessors and asset managers protect aircraft value and plan ahead. We review fleet and aircraft technical status, maintenance forecasts and asset condition to identify upcoming obligations and potential cost exposure. Findings support maintenance planning, asset strategy and commercial decision-making.
Engineering & Heavy Maintenance Oversight
Engineering support and onsite oversight for base maintenance, structural repairs and modification projects. We monitor work progress, follow up on repair and technical issues, and coordinate with the operator and maintenance organisation. Reporting highlights open work, schedule constraints and matters affecting quality or delivery readiness.
Aircraft Recovery & Return-to-Service Support
Technical coordination for aircraft recovery and return-to-service assignments. We establish the aircraft’s condition and records baseline, identify outstanding maintenance and documentation requirements, and help develop a practical recovery plan with the owner, operator and maintenance providers. Progress is tracked against the agreed operational or delivery objectives.
Aircraft Parts & Technical Brokerage
Component sourcing, technical evaluation and brokerage support. We review part identification, specifications, condition, release documentation and traceability, and coordinate with suppliers and asset owners to help clients assess suitability before proceeding with a transaction.
